Job Summary:

Newbold Services is hiring Industrial Assemblers for our Forest City, NC plant. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cycles

  • Control and adjust machine settings such as speed

  • Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines

  • Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools

  • Periodically test machine operation

  • Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts

  • Monitor and check output for errors or defects

  • Maintain production records and activity logs

Ideal Candidate Should:
  • Be productive in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a strong work ethic and attention to quality

  • Be respectful and work well on a team

  • Be capable of working independently when needed

  • Be able to lift 25–45 lbs consistently
