Light Assembler
Location: Dexter, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary
We're seeking a dependable Light Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Dexter, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling small engine components, packaging finished products, and supporting general production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who is looking to join a family-owned company with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Light Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assembly: Assemble lightweight small engine components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Packaging: Package completed products for shipment and ensure finished goods are prepared accurately.
  • Production Support: Assist with general production and plant duties as needed to support daily operations.
In addition, you will inspect parts for quality, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety procedures, and assist with other duties as assigned.
