Job description

Position Summary: This position is to ensure all parts orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, all parts are correctly installed to specifications; and to maintain the general appearance and functionality of the assembly department.

Job Functions:

  • Assemble Tractors and Tractor attachments
  • Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.
  • Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.
  • Use industrial power tools and hand tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.
  • Inspect the quality and accuracy of the finished product
  • Record production
  • Operating lift trucks
  • Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
