Job Summary/Overview
Uses a variety of hand tools to assemble custom conveyor components, including electrical systems.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
6:00am - 2:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
  • Works from schematic drawings to build and install electrical components.
  • Assembles and wires panels.
  • Flex work as directed and assist in other departments with mechanical assembly.
  • Troubleshoots non-conforming parts throughout the mechanical assembly/electrical process.
  • Expedites orders as needed.
  • Collaborates with Engineers when troubleshooting with other team members.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment and perform 5S tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Solid schematic and blueprint reading skills.
  • Knowledge of high and low voltage wiring.
  • Familiar with proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling process and procedures.
  • Familiar with gate logic.
  • Ability to think abstractly to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands as directed.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
  • 1 + years of electrical experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP system is a plus.
