Job Summary:

The Assembly Worker is assembling ingredients into a finished product to fulfill customer orders. They are responsible to adhere to build sheets for finished product and are required to clean the line when appropriate. They need to be mindful of the count of product they are creating, and quality of ingredients when items are coming through the assembly line.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring raw product quality.

  • Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.

  • Retrieve necessary ingredients for setup or changeover of finished product.

  • Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size, shape and luster of each item.

  • Sanitize all materials and machinery parts in-between raw material allergen changes.

  • Work as a team to ensure correct counts of products.

Education Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Required:

At least one year working in a Production environment

Licenses/Certification Preferred:

HACCP Certified

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively perform in a multi-tasking environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work in a group setting.

  • Able to work alone.

  • Strong organization and active listening skills.

Physical Demands:
