The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products

  • Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment

  • Follow theoretical and practical instructions

  • Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product

  • Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable

  • Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)

  • Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures

  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment

  • Follow written and oral instruction

  • Adhere to safety procedures

  • Follow set-up sheets, route sheets, and first-piece inspection sheets

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
