Job description

Now Hiring Damper Associates for a growing company in the Manheim area. 

Are you an experienced Production Associate? Skilled with hand tools and assembly work? Looking for a company with growth potential? Look no further – we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Available Shift:

  • 1st Shift 6:30am-3pm
  • 2nd Shift 3pm - 11:30 pm

**After 2 weeks of training the shift changes 4:30am-3pm and 3pm - 1:30 am to accommodate mandatory overtime*

Starting wage dependent on shift: $19/hr-$20/hr

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our client's fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to thrive in an assembly-line setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools
  • Assemble products according to specifications while meeting quality standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on tools and equipment
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
