TWA (Tire/Wheel Assembly) Associate


$17-$19/hour | Paid Weekly | Guaranteed Overtime | Full-Time | Schedule: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM


Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours and guaranteed overtime? We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented TWA / Production Associate to join our team. This is an active, hands-on role involving tire and wheel assembly, shipping and receiving, inventory, and general production work.


What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, assemble, groove, mount and dismount tires and wheels.
  • Pick, package and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Move materials and maintain inventory throughout the work area.
  • Inspect products and catch problems before they move to the next step.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
  • Assist with painting, packaging and other production tasks as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures, work instructions and supervisor direction.


What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and able to work the 6 AM-6 PM schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work.
  • Able to read and interpret basic blueprints.
  • Able to learn new skills and procedures quickly.
  • Willing and able to operate a forklift; certification provided at no cost.
