Job description

Overview:

Pump Assembler
· Assemble pump components using hand tools and fixtures
· Fit and adjust parts to specified tolerances to ensure proper function and quality
· Operate and adjust test equipment to verify performance and quality requirements
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
· Identify defects or nonconformances and escalate as required
· Review product and inventory documentation within a computer system
· Confirm production quantities in SAP

Skills and Experience:

· Follow standard work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure part number, quantity, and product accuracy
· Support production flow by ensuring materials, components, and assemblies are completed accurately and on
time
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5 Whys)
· Use company systems and tools to perform work accurately and efficiently
· Actively uphold safety standards and report unsafe conditions or practices
· Perform other related duties as assigned based on operational needs
· Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and material handling, including inventory management and parts
picking.
· Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer applications; ability to learn SAP and inventory platforms (SAP
experience is a plus).
· Hands-on experience operating fork trucks and working safely in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
