Expected Hours: Assembly

Pay Frequency: Assembly

Essential Functions: Assembly
  • Comply with established performance standards on each job. (Also known as "time study" or "pieces per hour.")
  • Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
  • Follow assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure the correct assembly of products.
  • Perform general housekeeping of a workstation and assigned common area to include sweeping and disposal of trash.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Handle and transport corrugated materials within the assembly area.
  • Collaborate with forklift operators or other material handlers as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
