Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. You will also be assembling mechanical systems-from full vehicle structures to installing components,  sub-assemblies, and other using other hand-tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers.

This is a highly dynamic role where you will get an opportunity to see a factory being built from the ground up and potentially influence the success of our company. The role will also have opportunities for professional advancement.  If you are an organized, detail & process oriented mechanical assembly technician, please apply below.

You should have the following

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 2+ years of experience with hand or power tools
  • Ability to read work instructions
  • Hands on experience with mechanical assemblies
