Compensation Range starts at $20.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble door components following detailed specifications and production guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for assembly.
  • Inspect assembled doors for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
