Job description

Job Title: Indoor Construction Assembly Technician

Pay: Assembly: $18.00- $19.00
2nd shift includes an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.
Location: North Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule:
1st shift, 5:00am to 1:30pm
2nd shift, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
All positions train on 1st shift for the first 2 to 3 weeks.
Overtime: Significant overtime is expected for the next few months, including mandatory Saturdays and 10 to 12 hour workdays.

About the Role

Our client in North Fort Worth is hiring Indoor Construction Assembly Technicians for hands-on production work in an indoor manufacturing environment. This is a great fit for candidates with construction, framing, carpentry, assembly, machine operation, or hand tool experience.

You’ll help build and finish wall, ceiling, corner, and floor panels using measurements, tools, production drawings, and quality checks.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and frame wall, ceiling, corner, and floor panels
  • Use tape measures, drills, saws, nail guns, staple guns, and basic hand tools
  • Follow work orders, measurements, and blueprint specifications
  • Install finishing components such as trim, caps, vents, switches, and guards
  • Operate production equipment to cut, notch, or drill materials as needed
  • Check completed work for accuracy and quality

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction, framing, carpentry, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as required
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual skills are helpful, but not required
