Job description

A manufacturing company in Everett that produces surface cleaning machines and accessories is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and takes pride in building quality products in a team-based manufacturing environment.

If you are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and assembly processes, this could be a great opportunity to grow within a stable production environment.
 
Assembly Associate Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble product components by hand using hand tools, torque guns, and cordless drills
 • Follow work instructions to build machinery and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently
 • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards are met
 • Pull and stage parts for production kits and customer orders
 • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
 
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Overtime available based on production needs

Pay:
$22–$24 per hour (DOE)
 
Assembly Associate Job Requirements:
• Basic experience with hand tools (cordless drills, torque tools, etc.)
 • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly work
 • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly
 • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a team environment
