Your tasks
  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other
  • General Assembly (Production Operations) as per work station specific Work Instruction's
  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other
  • Clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together
  • Works at different work stations to insure knowledge is obtained on all stations
  • Assembly parts by using basic hand tools (screw guns)
  • Follows Brose Quality Policy. Compliance with Brose safety processes and procedures.
  • Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions
  • Adheres to all safety regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
  • Escalates safety, quality, machine and assembly issues to team leader and/or supervisor

Your Profile
  • Experience as an assembly operator in a production department of a series production company in the automotive industry
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and consistently lift 15-20 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a continuous noise-producing environment
  • Must be able to withstand higher temperatures on production floor Communication
  • Must have the basic ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing Specialized knowledge and skills
  • Experience in working with highly automated production equipment
  • Experience in KANBAN, SPC, TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvement
  • Team work mentality
  • Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements
