Job description

D&R Products, a medical device manufacturing company in Hudson, MA, is looking for dependable Assembly / Machine Operators to join our production team.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that involves operating production equipment and assembling small components. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload parts into production machines
  • Operate and monitor machines during production
  • Assemble small parts and components
  • Inspect finished parts for quality
  • Follow work instructions and established manufacturing procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals

Qualifications

  • Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
