Job description

Warehouse Production Team Member

Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operations, as necessary. Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards. Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning. Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.

Physical work includes frequently pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc. Lifting objects at various load levels. Use of tooling that requires specialized training. Ability to operate and obtain Lucid certification for industry standard MH equipment. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments. Comfortable learning innovative technology. Flexibility to support any shift including day, afternoon, night, weekend and swing shifts, as needed. Holiday work may be required. Punctuality and attendance are paramount. Ability to follow a standardized sequence of steps in a process repetitively for a long time. Ability to maintain production of high quality while maintaining an elevated level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
