????What You’ll Do

  • Build and assemble components and systems according to drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Verify assemblies meet quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Leads to find solutions.
  • Prepare work by reviewing instructions, parts lists, and tools needed for each job.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
  • Complete production, quality, and training documentation accurately.
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


???? What makes you a great fit

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or assembly work.
  • Hands-on experience with piping, mechanical, electrical, and wiring connections.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures, quality systems, and technical drawings.
  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Dependable team player with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
