Become a Key Player as an Assembler - Shift 2

You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet quality and on-time delivery goals, supporting production and lean initiatives. You will work onsite on second shift (3:30pm - 12:00am, Monโ€“Fri) after completing an initial training period on first shift (approximately two months). You will collaborate with production supervisors, quality, and test teams to ensure conformity to specifications.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Accurately and efficiently assemble and test products using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, assembly fixtures, and inspection equipment
  • Record test results on data forms and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to meet product and industry standards; perform touch-up or full surface painting and finish parts when required
  • Follow SOPs, build travelers, and documented assembly instructions while maintaining a FOD-free work area
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and contributing suggestions
  • Ensure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule and observe all safety rules

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience as a mechanical assembler or in a similar production role, with experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints and follow work instructions/SOPs
  • Experience with precision measurements and documenting torque specifications
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy and standing for most of the shift
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and open to overtime or weekend shifts if needed
  • Willingness to train on first shift for at least two months before transitioning to second shift
