Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions, establishing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and health goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and use of rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize recovery and attain predefined therapeutic objectives.
• Educate patients, their caregivers, and family members on effective rehabilitation strategies and the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of treatment protocols.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, methodologies, and innovations that can improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The scope of our patient care encompasses children, adults, and senior populations with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Aspire Care, you will play an integral role in helping these patients achieve their recovery goals while navigating the challenges that accompany their conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy and current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in basic computer and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of direct clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is required.
• Prior experience in treating diverse patient populations, particularly in one-on-one or home care environments, is a plus.
• Completion of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance.
