Are you a passionate healthcare professional or nursing student eager to take your experience to the next level? Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training at The Kensington Bethesda will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career.
This is a 5-day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.

What is Direct Care Training?
- Paid training for new team members from Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th at 9am-5pm taking place at Kensington Park Senior Living.
- Certificated program led by our Community Nursing Support, RN.
- Open to newly hired Caregivers / Care Partners - PCA, HHA, CNA certification not required.
What You’ll Gain:
- Hands-on experience caring for residents and assisting with ADLs
- Dementia skills training with Certified Dementia Practitioners
- Professional mentorship from our Director of Nursing (RN), Neighborhood Managers, and 24/7 Nursing Team
- Direct Care Certificate
- A Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem (PRN) position as a Care Partner with long-term growth opportunities
