• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, as well as family dynamics.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs and personal goals.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in one-on-one and family sessions.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and resilience.
• Monitor clients' progress through systematic tracking of treatment goals and make adjustments to plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, contributing insights and expertise to enhance team collaboration and client care practices.
• Advocate for mental health awareness and combat stigma by ensuring clients' needs are consistently met while promoting their rights.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental stance toward clients’ lives, experiences, and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively navigate administrative tasks and client sessions.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly in relationship and family dynamics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments tailored for mood disorders and family therapy.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services relevant to clients' needs.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
