Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, as well as family dynamics.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs and personal goals.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in one-on-one and family sessions.
  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and resilience.
  • Monitor clients' progress through systematic tracking of treatment goals and make adjustments to plans as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Engage with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
