Your Daily Adventures

• Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in collaboration with physicians or independently (with respect to credentialing)
• Guiding patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management techniques
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management activities
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Maintaining precise and complete electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
