• Document and maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

As an LPC with Aspire People, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders. Our focus is on offering compassionate, individualized treatment plans that emphasize a client-centered approach, empowering clients to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, equipping you with the theoretical and practical foundation necessary for effective counseling practices.
• A private workspace that ensures confidentiality and comfort during client interactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, with the capability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, video communication tools, and electronic health records to facilitate optimal client engagement and documentation.

• Demonstrated years of experience working independently with clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar modalities that enhance treatment outcomes.
• The ability to conduct thorough assessments and adapt treatment methodologies to fit clients' evolving needs.
