If you have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or are currently enrolled) in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference. What You'll Do as a BHT:
  • Collect and record data on client progress during and after sessions.
  • Implement individualized Behavior Plans designed to reduce problem behaviors and teach new skills.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies to support skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Ability to pass all required state and federal background checks (including child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and criminal record checks).
  • Reliable transportation to client locations (current openings in Bucks and Montgomery Counties).
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for helping children and their families to reach their fullest potential!
