About the Role:

The Asphalt Maintenance & Sealcoat Technician plays a critical role in preserving and enhancing the longevity and appearance of asphalt surfaces across various commercial and residential properties. This position involves the application of sealcoating materials, crack filling, patching, and other maintenance tasks to protect asphalt from weathering, oxidation, and wear. The technician ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of asphalt materials, surface preparation techniques, and equipment operation to deliver durable and visually appealing results. Minimum Qualifications:
