Asphalt Laborer – Direct High-End Surface Refinement and Technical Paving Projects


Job Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity

You will drive the structural execution of premium paving, grading, and asphalt modification projects across commercial and residential locations. This position offers the field autonomy to master heavy civil construction workflows while using specialized machinery within a close-knit, highly technical crew. You will directly impact infrastructure longevity and community safety while securing rapid career advancement.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Assist in all technical phases of commercial hot-mix asphalt paving, milling, and patching repairs.
  • Shovel, rake, and smooth raw asphalt mixtures with high precision to guarantee a flawless, uniform finish.
  • Operate specialized pavement installation tools and small mechanical field equipment according to strict standards.
  • Load, unload, and stage structural materials, industrial toolsets, and safety machinery across active jobsites.
  • Maintain an immaculate and highly organized job site layout to eliminate field hazards and optimize workflow.
  • Collaborate with your assigned paving crew to bypass strict production timelines and meet performance targets.
  • Enforce strict compliance with global paving safety guidelines while utilizing mandatory corporate personal protective gear.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active and valid driver's license necessary for field assignment and transport operations.
  • Physical capacity to execute demanding construction labor, handle heavy materials, and stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated resilience working productively outdoors under high-temperature, fast-paced field conditions.
  • Strong listening skills with a proven capability to interpret and execute direct technical field instructions.
  • High reliability, a meticulous eye for structural details, and a dedicated personal work ethic.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior hands-on experience working with hot-mix asphalt, concrete placement, or heavy civil paving operations.
