Julius C Howe Asphalt Sealing Co specializes in all phases of asphalt, serving both residential and commercial clients with top-quality paving, sealcoating, and asphalt repair services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all phases of asphalt paving and repair.

  • Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt to ensure a uniform finish

  • Operate various tools and small equipment related to asphalt work

  • Follow safety guidelines and wear provided protective equipment

  • Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites

  • Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:
  • Experience in asphalt or a similar field is preferred, but we will train the right candidate

  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and working in hot conditions

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team-oriented environment

  • Valid drivers license is required

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
