What are ASP.NET Web Pages with Razor?

ASP.NET Web Pages with Razor is a web development framework from Microsoft that allows developers to build dynamic websites using C# or VB.NET. The Razor syntax is a streamlined way to embed server code within HTML, making it easy to create interactive and data-driven web pages. It is lightweight and ideal for small to medium-sized web applications, offering simple syntax and fast development. Razor pages are designed to be easy to learn and help developers quickly create robust web applications.

A common challenge when working with ASP.NET Web Pages (Razor) is ensuring compatibility and maintainability as technology evolves. Many legacy applications use older versions of Razor or dependencies that may not be supported in newer .NET frameworks. To address these issues, developers often need to refactor code, update packages, and thoroughly test for breaking changes.
