Description This Director of Operations will be responsible for: Leading global manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. Developing and executing global operations and procurement strategies. Managing end-to-end supply chain performance and optimization. Driving operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Establishing manufacturing objectives aligned with business strategy. Improving safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and profitability. Partnering with Sales, Engineering, HR, and Marketing to improve business performance. Implementing operational excellence systems and best practices globally. Driving innovation through new technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
