Job description

The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for resolving issues and recovering and retaining the most demanding customers across our global network (Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific). This role will be Working closely with the dealer network, customers, and customer service colleagues.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Find, negotiate, and propose creative solutions to customers' complex problems through discussions and written communications.

  • Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction in order to improve operational processes.

  • Strike the right balance between business needs and customer needs by applying customer experience best practices.

  • Build relationships with other functions and departments within the company to mobilize the right resources at the right time and optimize issue resolution.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Experience in customer service or client relations required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently.

  • Sound judgment and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Strong follow-up and personal work organization skills.

  • Ability to communicate daily in both French and English with internal stakeholders and customers. Spanish is an asset.
