You will own the procurement lifecycleโ€”from strategy and market engagement through contract award and executionโ€”ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and risk objectives are met in alignment with project and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement & Category Management
  • Build and execute category strategies for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and key services (e.g., geotechnical, civil, electrical, logistics, O&M, ownerโ€™s engineering).
  • Develop supplier market intelligence: capacity, pricing trends, lead times, risks, and innovation in the USโ€™ renewable ecosystem.
  • Create sourcing plans per project stage (development, preโ€‘FID, execution), aligning with cost targets (LCOE/TIC) and schedule milestones.
  • Establish Key Supplier relationships and longโ€‘term strategies
  • Provide costing baselines and budget assumptions aligned with engineering for the different project stages
Tendering & Bidding
  • Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes: scopes, BoQs, technical appendices, commercial terms, evaluation criteria, and bid clarifications.
  • Coordinate crossโ€‘functional bid reviews (Engineering, Development, Finance, Legal, HSE, Quality).
  • Drive competitive tension, robust bid leveling, and TCO comparisons to recommend award decisions.
Contracting & Negotiation
  • Structure and negotiate EPC and services contracts (bespoke and standard forms; familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent frameworks).
  • Define and secure riskโ€‘balanced terms: performance guarantees, LDs, warranties, schedule obligations, change orders, payment milestones, bond/insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal to ensure contract enforceability and compliance with local regulations.
Execution Support & Supplier Management
  • Facilitate kickโ€‘off and contract handover to Project Management and Construction teams.
  • Establish supplier performance KPIs (HSE, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, claims).
  • Lead issue resolution (variations, claims, delays) and drive continuous improvement with strategic vendors.
  • Monitor market changes (materials, equipment, labor) and update cost benchmarks.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure procurement governance, audit readiness, and alignment with internal DOAs (Delegation of Authority).
  • Uphold ethical sourcing, antiโ€‘bribery/AML, ESG, and HSE standards.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation: tender records, evaluations, commercial memos, contract versions, and supplier scorecards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal or related field (Master's degree and Engineering preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in procurement of renewable energy / infrastructure services (EPC/O&M/BOPs).
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution.
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAs.
  • Knowledgeable of US safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirements.
  • Ability to manage across multiple global time zones and availability to travel as needed to supplier sites and project locations.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, operational, market, and financial drivers for utilityโ€‘scale and standalone storage projects.
  • Selfโ€‘motivated, detailโ€‘oriented, and capable of working independently across time zones.
  • High analytical capability, commercial judgement, and comfort managing ambiguity in evolving markets.
  • Excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills across executives and stakeholders.

In Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries. Here, we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.
