What You’ll Do
  • Support Members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications.
  • Solve Problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy.
  • Be a Financial Guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Stay Compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services.
  • Branch Operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rosedale, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.82 - $21.82/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
