Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Plumbing and HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right comfort and plumbing solutions for their home or business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on HVAC and plumbing solutions
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess plumbing and HVAC needs
  • Recommend and upsell systems such as:
    • Water heaters (tank and tankless)
    • Water treatment/filtration systems
    • Drain and sewer line solutions
    • HVAC systems (gas/electric furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, IAQ solutions)
    • Ductwork repairs and replacements
    • System upgrades for energy efficiency or comfort
  • Present tailored solutions with clear pricing and financing options
  • Close sales by building trust, overcoming objections, and providing clear value
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and open opportunities with persistence and professionalism
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and sales stages in CRM
  • Work closely with project managers, dispatchers, and technicians
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, code compliance, rebates, and industry trends
  • Attend ongoing sales training to continuously improve skills and closing techniques

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License – Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience – Required
  • Strong knowledge or understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and close sales
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve performance goals
  • Some college coursework or technical training – Preferred

Work Conditions:
