Systems Integrator (Senior-Level)
Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across complex GEOINT systems-of-systems. This role supports mission-critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners, ensuring seamless interoperability and reliable mission execution.
Your Role
As a Senior-Level Systems Integrator, you will provide technical leadership and integration oversight across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You will ensure system integrity, guide integration strategies, and support the delivery of scalable, secure, and mission-aligned solutions across enterprise architectures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT
  • Maintain a total systems perspective, understanding dependencies across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid services, infrastructure, and security domains
  • Oversee the development and execution of integration approaches, testing, and sustainment activities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
  • Ensure integration efforts align with defined processes, standards, and best practices
  • Guide and mentor Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience:
    • 4 additional years of experience with no degree, or
    • 2 additional years with a non-STEM degree
  • 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry, including:
    • Large, complex System-of-Systems, or
    • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures
  • Prior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
  • Prior IC or DoD program or project experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
