Job description

Client Experience Associate

Ascent Private Capital Management is the ultra-high-net-worth wealth management division of U.S. Bank dedicated to helping clients and families achieve their financial goals.

Ascent is seeking a highly organized, technology-savvy Client Experience Associate to support the National Ascent Servicing & Administration organization reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. This role serves as a key coordinator for business line initiatives, communications, technology platforms, operational governance, and executive support activities. The position partners across Wealth Management, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Client Experience teams to drive execution, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Salesforce Business Line Champion, acting as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, and the Wealth Management COE to support enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and adoption.
  • Act as the Referral Program Subject Matter Expert, coordinating communications, training, and implementation of program changes impacting Ascent.
  • Manage the Ascent Web Inquiry Program, routing prospective client inquiries, tracking outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support National Wealth Strategy initiatives, including meeting coordination, agenda development, action item tracking, and collaboration with Ascent Wealth Strategists and Wealth Management Planning partners.
  • Assist with tracking business line marketing and communication activities, including events, campaigns, insights articles and collateral needs.
  • Coordinate national team calls, leadership forums, and governance meetings, including agendas, materials, meeting notes, and tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Track quarterly priorities, strategic initiatives, project backlogs, and action items to support leadership visibility and accountability.
  • Serve as the Copilot Engagement Coordinator, monitoring adoption metrics, maintaining the Ascent Prompt Library, promoting training opportunities, and sharing success stories and use cases.
  • Manage SharePoint governance and content administration, including content updates, site maintenance, retention compliance, page refreshes, and SharePoint user engagement activities.
  • Serve as a resource for entitlement and user access management, supporting front-office teams and coordinating with technology partners.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Ascent CAO, including scheduling, meeting coordination, presentation development, and special projects.
  • Act as a business-line resource for Document Exchange and document management platforms, supporting adoption and best practices.
