Ascension RNs provide patient care in various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers operated by Ascension. Their duties include assessing patient needs, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting patient recovery. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Ascension Registered Nurse, and why are they important?
