You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Asc (Level 1) for the Production Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer Asc (Level 1) you will be responsible for developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Design and implement process development and improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis through investigation of defects.

  • Eliminate process waste to increase machining throughput.

  • Support a range of equipment and machining processes.

  • Interface with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of data driven approach to solving problems
• Strong communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
