Are you an operations expert with a knack for technical implementation and complex project management? Are you looking to work on a high-performing team that is transforming the real estate industry? As the Industry Platforms, Implementation & Operations Manager, you will report to the RDC Next Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Realtor.com. The RDC Next team is charged with building and delivering innovative solutions across the real estate ecosystem that deepen relationships with industry players, consumers, and brokers/agents. What you'll do

  • Manage complex product launch calendars, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are tracked and met across multiple workstreams
  • Design and implement automation and AI-driven workflows across the post-signature lifecycle to streamline handoffs, optimize operations, and deliver highly scalable, efficient process solutions
  • Maintain Asana project boards to meticulously track launch activities, task assignments, and overall progress, utilizing automation and AI wherever possible
  • Support the transition of account management workflows into a matured CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
  • Create and monitor Jira tickets based on detailed product feedback collected during early access product pilot programs
  • Support the creation of executive-level slide decks and develop narratives around key adoption metrics and product success
  • Communicate directly with external tech vendors to monitor progress towards technical integration activities and resolve dependencies
  • Coordinate go-to-market (GTM) planning for new feature launches within the Realtor.com+ platform
  • Bridge the gap between our customer support function and the account management and implementation functions to ensure a seamless post-launch experience
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups including product, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, account management, and support functions

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical operations within a fast-paced tech environment
  • Extensive experience with project management tools such as Asana and Jira, and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and adoption metrics into compelling executive-level presentations and narratives
  • Proven track record of managing technical integrations and coordinating with external vendors
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage complex launch schedules with a high degree of precision
  • Diplomatic and constructive approach to cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks during product pilot and launch phases
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
