What is an artwork project manager?

Artwork Project Managers are professionals responsible for coordinating and overseeing the creation, approval, and delivery of artwork for products, packaging, or marketing materials. They work closely with design teams, clients, printers, and regulatory departments to ensure that artwork meets both creative and compliance requirements. Their role involves managing timelines, budgets, and communication between stakeholders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Artwork Project Managers are essential in industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and advertising, where precise and timely artwork delivery is critical to product launches and campaigns.
