What is arts leadership?

Arts leadership refers to the practice of guiding and managing organizations, projects, or initiatives within the arts sector. Professionals in arts leadership are responsible for strategic planning, fundraising, program development, community engagement, and supporting artists. They often work in museums, theaters, non-profits, or cultural institutions, ensuring the sustainability and growth of arts programs.
