About Us
At Deka Lash Stonebridge Ranch, we’re building more than a client base—we’re building a loyal lash community. Our studio is focused on delivering high-quality services, creating an elevated client experience, and developing artists who take pride in both their craft and their growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their book, increase their income, and be part of a team that supports long-term success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lash Artist who is excited to grow with us. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering consistent results, and taking an active role in growing their clientele over time.

You’ll be supported with training, structure, and a steady flow of opportunities—but success in this role comes from consistency, client connection, and personal initiative.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets
• Provide additional services such as lash lifts, tints, and brow services (a plus)
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations to understand desired outcomes
• Deliver high-quality results within expected service timeframes
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend services that fit their needs
• Build and maintain your client book through strong service and relationship-building
• Support studio goals through client retention and membership growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Lash certification preferred (or willingness to complete training)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow your book and income
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable making personalized recommendations to clients

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive hourly pay with performance-based earning potential
• Opportunities to increase income through productivity and client retention
• Ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
• Clear path for growth as your book builds
• Employee discounts on services and products

Why Join Us?

We are intentional about building a team of artists who want more than just a schedule—they want a career path. You’ll be supported in developing your skills, growing your clientele, and increasing your earning potential in a structured, positive environment.

Interview Process

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a brief interview and may be asked to complete a practical demonstration to showcase their technique and service quality.
