Responsibilities
About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
From talent acquisition to employee engagement, you'll lead a full range of HR initiatives that make a meaningful impact-helping our teams grow, innovate, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
  • Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
