Esthetician + Makeup Artist In Training at BASE ONEOur Esthetician + Makeup Artists in Training will advance through our training program at their own pace, mastering specific skills while performing services at base prices at our PENZONE New Artist Concept Salon + Spa at BASE ONE.  This program is new + innovative, allowing artists to gain hands-on experience while supported by a PENZONE Creative Educator, giving them the knowledge + skillset necessary for success in the industry.  This role is a great first step in the industry, with an hourly pay rate + retail commission to build up your skills + guest base at our New Artist Concept Spa. We foster creativity, collaboration + learning! Job ResponsibilitiesEsthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will be performing esthetics services at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices. Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will complete learning modules with a combination of self-paced hands-on and online training.Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards per PENZONE + state board expectations.
