RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Production Artist to join for an approximate 3-month project! This position is fully onsite in Seattle, WA.
As a Production Artist, you'll work with a team of marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to produce content, creative, and graphic assets for onsite and offsite channels and campaigns. Projects will range from digital screens and web assets to materials and collateral for events, swag materials, and social media posts.
As a Production Artist, You Will:
  • Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets and client design patterns into intuitive solutions.
  • Produce graphics, templates, layouts, vendor proofs and visual standards for customer facing assets.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation or AI solutions to enhance production output.
  • Contribute to detailed cross-platform rich media specifications and design patterns.
  • Present work to marketing team and key stakeholders for review and feedback.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions to build a superior customer and brand experience.
  • Provide and manage design documentation and specifications.
  • Proactively manage time and deadlines.
  • Report daily and weekly metrics on completed projects as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders to ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency and customer experience.

In This Role, You Bring:
  • 4+ years of design and production experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design or commensurate design experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition (please include its link on your resume).
  • Mastery of the principals of design, color theory, typography and graphics file creation optimized for digital media.
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.
  • Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong time management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and an awareness that everything counts.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity.
  • Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

  • Photography and photo editing skills.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other video editing software.

Compensation
Pay Range: $30.00 - $39.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
