Title: Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Architect

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Experience Level: 13 to 20 Years

Contract-to-Hire

 

Mandatory / Required Skills:

  • 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML / Deep Learning model development
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or speech/voice AI systems
  • 3–5 years of experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of experience designing, training, and fine-tuning AI / Large Language Models
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI)
  • 2–3 years of experience with model evaluation metrics, bias detection, and model optimization
  • 5+ years of experience integrating AI models into applications via APIs or data pipelines
  • Strong mathematical and statistical foundation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
