Consultant/Associate Manager Positions

Currently 3-4 Consultant/Associate Manager positions are open in Minneapolis, MN and other locations across the Midwest. Preferred locations include Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Columbus. Salary for Manager ranges from $140-145K or $150K, and Sr Manager would be 5-10K more. For Associate Manager at level 8, the Chicago/Minneapolis location ZONE 2 base salary would be $123K + 5-7K sign on. For Consultant/Specialist – Base salary at Zone 2 would be $105K with a $5K sign-on.

Candidates should have a Selenium background and experience with Continuous Integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools: Jenkins with ADMIN is a plus, Maven, Git, Mercurial, Subversion, or Bamboo. They should also be able to implement end-to-end automation and tools strategies/roadmaps and support DevOps implementations.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in Test Automation including planning, script development & maintenance
  • Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in software development in an Agile environment
  • Minimum of 3/4 years demonstrated experience in two of the following testing toolsets/frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, SoapUI - TDD: using jUnit, TestNG, other - BDD: using Cucumber/Gherkin, Geb/Spock
  • Minimum of 3/4 years demonstrated experience in two of the following: Java / J2EE, Groovy, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET
  • Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools: Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, Git, Mercurial, Subversion, Bitbucket, GitHub - Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS
Preferred Skills

Demonstrated understanding of application architectures, experience using TDD or BDD, experience with virtualization using CA Service Virtualization, Rational Integration Server, Parasoft Virtualize or SmartBear Ready!API, experience with Nexus, Artifactory, NPM, Bower or similar.
