Murrietta Circuits is a small business in PCB Manufacturing in Anaheim, CA. We are professional, innovative, fast-paced and our goal is to manufacture high quality electronics, all while empowering our staff amp; providing them with opportunities for growth..

Responsibilities:
  • Read and follow process instructions, pick amp; place programs, and furnished solder profile
  • Verify pick and place program, ie. Polarity, alignment, and grouping
  • Set up DEK solder paste printing, verify for alignment, missing solder paste, or bridging
  • Setting up new jobs and unloading when complete
  • Run job and verify against customer drawing
  • Submit first article for inspection before proceeding with rest of the batch
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in operating pick and place machines
  • Familiarity with electronic components and their polarities
  • Thorough knowledge of interpreting assembly drawings amp; processes
  • Knowledgeable with moisture sensitive components
  • Knowledgeable in loading programs amp; kits in Mycronic pick and place machines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
