At our core, we are deeply customer-obsessed, relentlessly focused on solving our customers' most important problems, and tenaciously delivering profound benefits that help them prosper.
About the Team:

The CEO Transformation Office is a newly formed, high-impact organization. Its mission is to mobilize the company around what matters most, shape the market, and accelerate Intuit's transformation into the world's leading global financial platform and system of intelligence.

At the heart of our work is a bold future: surrounding customers with a virtual team of AI agents and human intelligence that does the work for them and powers their prosperity. To deliver on that promise, we operate with a high say/do ratio, a bias for action, and an uncompromising focus on impact. We don't just tell the story-we help drive the outcomes.
Joining the CEO Transformation Office means working on the company's most visible, mission-critical initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across the business, and helping define how Intuit's strategy is experienced by the world. This is a team for builders, storytellers, and operators who want to shape the future-not react to it.

Creative Influence & Scale
  • Extended Creative Leadership: Sit on the extended leadership staff, actively contributing to the organization's creative culture, operational strategy, and long-term vision.
  • Design Excellence at Scale: Act as a key conceptual partner. Maintain and model an uncompromising bar for quality, taste, and contemporary design trends, raising the caliber of all creative workstreams.
  • Influential Presenter: Confidently pitch, defend, and articulate strategic art direction concepts to senior executive stakeholders, turning business strategy into emotive creative directions.
  • Mentorship: Act as an inspirational force and mentor to senior designers across the wider creative team, fostering a culture of curiosity and creative excellence.
