Job description

Role

CreativeSummer Interns will support teams across a range of public relations disciplines and contribute to real client work. Interns will gain hands-on experience, build core professional skills, and learn through structured development and mentorship.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the creative team in concepting and developing ideas for integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, and content channels

  • Assistingwith creative brainstorming and helping generate ideas designed to drive cultural relevance and audience engagement

  • Helping shape presentations, mood boards, concept decks, and client-ready materials that communicate ideas clearly and compellingly

  • Writing and editing copy across formats such as social captions, headlines, scripts, messaging ideas, and presentation language

  • Supporting visual exploration and creative references for campaigns, including design inspiration, content examples, and trend research

  • Assistingwith research into audiences, culture, competitors, and emerging trends to inform creative development

  • Collaborating with strategy, account, influencer, production, social/digital, and project management teams to support integrated campaign development

  • Participating in team brainstorms, creative reviews, and internal working sessions

  • Helping organize creative assets, reference materials, and project files to support efficient collaboration

  • Providing support throughout execution, including revisions, creative updates, and production preparation where needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be a rising senior or recent graduate

  • Strong interest in art direction, copywriting, and integrated campaign development

  • Passion for culture, storytelling, and creating work that connects brands to people in fresh and meaningful ways

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail

  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and willingness to contribute ideas

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, shifting timelines, and evolving priorities

  • Strong research skills and ability to translate information, trends, andinsightsinto creative inspiration

  • Basic understanding of social and digital platforms and how audiences engage with content across channels

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; comfort with PowerPoint or Google Slides is especially helpful

  • Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for learning through mentorship and collaboration

Plus/nice to have:

  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to support research, content drafting, and trend monitoring

  • Portfolio, writing samples, design samples, or personal creative work that shows conceptual thinking and point of view

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other creative tools

  • Experience creating content for school organizations, student media, internships, freelance projects, or personal platforms

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where details and deadlines matter
