Job description

Job Posting Arrowhead Transit is accepting applications for a full-time Marketing Manager based in Gilbert, Minnesota. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns and strategies that support the agency's mission, brand visibility and public engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media, digital marketing, website content, SEO/SEM, media relations, public relations, brand standards and customer engagement initiatives.

This position also supervises staff, oversees travel training and recruitment programs, and represents the agency at community events and meetings. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a combination of related education and experience, digital marketing experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver's license. Starting wage is $31.64 per hour with a full benefits package, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match and generous paid leave
